Double Ferrule Tees are manufactured from high-quality materials such as Stainless Steel grades 304, 316, 202, and 904L, as well as nickel-based alloys including Hastelloy, Monel, and Inconel. These materials are selected to provide reliable performance across a wide range of service conditions. Stainless Steel 304 offers good corrosion resistance for general industrial applications, while SS 316 provides enhanced resistance to chlorides and marine environments. SS 202 is used for cost-effective applications with moderate corrosion requirements, whereas SS 904L is suitable for highly corrosive and acidic services. Hastelloy is preferred for severe chemical and high-temperature environments, Monel is widely used for seawater and hydrofluoric acid services, and Inconel is chosen for extreme temperature and pressure conditions. All materials ensure excellent mechanical strength, corrosion resistance, and long service life in critical instrumentation and process applications.
